Design Service
We produce innovative detailed CAD drawings and supply high quality goods to site. Whether you're working on a refurbishment, new build, hotel project or property developing we can tailor our service to suit your project.
A general overview of the design service includes:
- Initial consultation to discuss the design brief - colour schemes, lighting requirements, budgets, timescales and any special requirements.
- Site survey of room(s) - if necessary.
- Detailed 2D CAD drawings of plans, elevations, lighting templates, tiling templates and any other design details.
- Detailed specifications of finishes for furnitures, flooring, paint colours, grout colours etc.
- Realistic 3D Visuals of room(s) - if necessary.
- Design Presentation of initial design.
- Design managing the logistics of the project - researching, specifying and ordering products specified on design.
- Liaising with suppliers/contractors, architects and organising delivery schedules.
- Liaise with architects and contractors to discuss technical properties of the build.
- Recommended Professional contractors to install the specified design - if required.
